On Friday, he faced a court in the Western Australian capital, where he was given permission to travel back to the UK for the Christmas period.
The 30-year-old rapper is on bail awaiting trial over the allegations that he choked, raped and assaulted a woman in Perth while he was touring Australia last year.
He was extradited from Brisbane to Perth by detectives 11 days after the alleged assault, which is said to have occurred inside a Perth hotel room.
He entered a not guilty plea to rape, choking and assault charges, but has yet to enter a plea on two further rape charges.
He has been ordered to stand trial in the Perth District Court in July 2026.
In court on Friday, Filly successfully had his bail conditions amended to be able to travel home for Christmas.
Judge Gary Massey approved his request, meaning the accused rapist can leave Perth on Tuesday.
He was ordered to return to Western Australia on January 7 next year, where he will be required to hand over his passport the following day.
When he left court on Friday afternoon, a man approached the rapper and stuck both middle fingers up at him.
Filly fled to a black Mercedes van waiting for him outside the court.
Despite being allowed to return home for the holiday period, the YouTube star’s bail conditions remain strict.
He was required to pay a surety of £50,000 ($100,000 AUD) to the court, as well the existing £50,000 personal undertaking he had already provided.
He is required to reside at a Kent address for the duration of his stay in the UK and must have location services switched on his electronic devices at all times.
He is also restricted from commenting about his charges on social media.
The new bail conditions come after the YouTuber was banned from leaving Australia in October last year.
Prior to Friday, he has been required to report to Perth police station on a regular basis.
Since being charged, Filly has been axed from several brand and company collaborations and appearances.
The Football Association (FA) pulled an online cookery show featuring the YouTuber.
Filly had filmed a show with the FA and M&S, however when the allegations surfaced, they decided not to air the episodes.
Clothing brand ASOS have also pulled adverts and lines revolved around Filly as Heinz deleted various TikTok videos featuring the popular online celebrity.
The rapper could land back in the UK as early as next Wednesday.
