Two people were killed and three seriously wounded Thursday when a man drove a car into a crowd outside a synagogue in the northern English city of Manchester. The attacker was shot dead, and police declared the assault, which occurred on Yom Kipur, a terrorist attack. Two suspects have been arrested.
