President Donald Trump on Sunday referred to Colombian President Gustavo Petro as “an illegal drug dealer” and said he would slash US funding because Petro did “nothing to stop” drug production in his country. Earlier on Sunday, Petro accused Washington of assassination after the latest US attack on alleged drug trafficking in Caribbean waters.
