Some EU leaders are raising concerns about the possibility of a summit between Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin in Budapest, as the Russian president is wanted by the International Criminal Court for war crimes. Many are uneasy about the prospect of him visiting the bloc’s territory. Meanwhile Ukraine’s Volodymyr Zelensky says he’s willing to also attend the summit and will do so if he’s invited.
