Iran said Wednesday that IAEA inspectors’ return did not mark a full resumption of cooperation, halted after June’s Israeli and US attacks. Inspectors began work at the Bushehr nuclear site in southwestern Iran, IAEA chief Rafael Grossi said, the first visit since Tehran suspended cooperation with the watchdog last month.
