The Dominican Republic’s drug control agency said Sunday it had recovered 1,000 kilograms of cocaine from a speedboat destroyed by the US Navy as the Trump administration continues a controversial anti-narcotics mission in the Caribbean that has sunk three vessels and killed more than a dozen people since August. Human Rights groups have denounced the strikes as extra judicial killings.
