Déclaration des ministres des Affaires étrangères du groupe E3 sur les frappes israéliennes à Doha (12.09.25)

Nous, ministres des Affaires étrangères de l’Allemagne, de la France et du Royaume-Uni, condamnons les frappes israéliennes qui ont visé Doha le 9 septembre, qui constituent une violation de la souveraineté du Qatar et font courir le risque d’une nouvelle escalade dans la région.

Par ailleurs, un tel acte compromet la conclusion d’un accord négocié qui permettrait d’obtenir la libération de tous les otages encore détenus et de mettre un terme à la guerre à Gaza. Nous appelons toutes les parties à renouveler et intensifier leurs efforts pour convenir d’un accord de cessez-le-feu immédiat.

Nous exprimons notre solidarité avec le Qatar et soutenons complètement le rôle essentiel qu’il continue de jouer dans les efforts de médiation entre Israël et le Hamas aux côtés de l’Égypte et des États-Unis. Nous appelons les parties à faire preuve de retenue et à saisir l’occasion d’instaurer la paix.

Nous soulignons en outre que la priorité doit rester l’obtention d’un cessez-le-feu permanent, la libération de tous les otages encore détenus et l’entrée massive d’aide à Gaza pour mettre fin à la famine. Nous demandons de manière urgente l’arrêt immédiat des opérations militaires israéliennes dans la ville de Gaza, qui causent des déplacements massifs de civils, font des victimes civiles et détruisent des infrastructures essentielles. Nous demandons à ce que les Nations Unies et les organisations non gouvernementales humanitaires puissent agir en toute sécurité et à grande échelle dans l’ensemble de la bande de Gaza, notamment le Nord.

Nous réaffirmons notre condamnation sans équivoque des crimes odieux commis par le Hamas, mouvement terroriste qui doit libérer immédiatement et sans condition les otages qu’il détient, être désarmé et être exclu définitivement de la gouvernance de la bande de Gaza.
