Firefighters battled one of Hong Kong’s deadliest blazes for a second day on Thursday, struggling to contain a fire that swept through high-rise towers and killed at least 55 people. Three construction workers were arrested as rescues continued and smoke billowed from the Wang Fuk Court complex.
