Nigeria have completed a near-perfect group stage after claiming a third straight win by beating Uganda 3-1.
The Super Eagles put on a relentless display but have yet to keep a clean sheet, conceding another late goal. Senegal are top of Group D, meaning that the Democratic Republic of Congo have a potential tougher route to come in the knockout stage, starting with a game against Algeria in the Round of 16. Meanwhile Tanzania have written history as they’ve qualified for the knockout stage for the first time in their history.
