Most of the victims of the deadly Trans-Canada Highway crash in Carberry, Man., are from Dauphin, a city about two hours north of the tragedy that saw at least 15 people die.
“We’re a resilient little community,” one resident said, as Canadians grapple with the horrific mass casualty incident.
