Britain's BBC has apologised to US President Donald Trump after airing a misleading edit of his speech from January 6, 2021, moments before the US Capitol riot. British politicians and the press have both attacked and defended the national broadcaster amid allegations of partiality. This week's guest on FRANCE 24's media show Scoop is Dr. Tom Mills, a senior lecturer in sociology at Aston University and the author of "The BBC: Myth of a Public Service".
