The Indian army scoured a Himalayan village on Wednesday in an effort to find scores of missing people a day after flash floods killed at least four people and left many other trapped beneath debris. At least four people were killed and more than 50 are still missing after flood waters gushed down the narrow mountains into Dharali, a village in Uttarakhand state.
